  • The Bible
It is imperative that the Bible forms the foundation of any watching. It is the word of the living God who has a plan and purpose for this earth. Without the Bible in hand we are blind and cannot see.
We need to read each and every day and absorb its message and become familiar with those events we should be watching.
Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

  • Literature
I would certainly recommend reading other Christadelphian works such as
    1. Milestones – produced once a year and goes through in detail the previous years events and compares them to the scriptures.
    2. Bible Magazine –an excellent publication that comes out quarterly that focuses on prophecy.
    3. The Testimony magazine – has a number of articles each month on prophecy and is well worth reading.

  • Daily Newspaper
Get in the habit of buying a quality daily newspaper and reading it with Bible in hand. Look for events that are happening that fit into Bible descriptions of the last days. You suddenly see events everywhere!
Eventually you look past the gossip and adverts and see the newspaper as a report on Biblical events.

  • Internet
I have provided some weblinks on the weblink page.
We have been given a media that helps us watch like never before. Instant news, instant information from anywhere in the world. It needs to be used with caution however as it is also a window into the most evil things mankind does.

  • Radio
The radio can be a very good way of watching! Often BBC Radio 4 covers events in detail that the newspaper and even the internet do not cover. Forinstance it will often have in depth reports and interviews that shed light on events that are happening.

  • TV
As I do not have TV I cannot comment on this media. But suffice to say I have been able to watch without it.
When I have seen the TV news I have often been disappointed that it concentrated on the gossip news rather than those things that interested me from a Biblical point of view.

There has never been a time in all of history when we have been given so much to watch and so many ways in which to watch.
1 Thessalonians 5:6 ΆTherefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
